Our founder, Tim Wallender, is a retired Air Force officer who literally wrote the book on Earned Value and Scheduling. In 1994, Tim authored the IBR policy for the Air Force which is still used today. He also authored the Guide to Analysis of Contractor Cost Data which includes the AFSC EAC Formula to be a most likely estimate. Tim was a Tri-Service Review Director who validated dozens of companies across DoD and he has led many IBR’s for both industry and DoD. He also authored the IBR Team Handbook for Space and Missile Systems Center and many other guidebooks. Tim has been a featured speaker at many industry conferences and teaches for Cal Tech in EVMS and Project Management.
